Check-in Time : Morning 12.00 pm and Check-out time strictly by 10.00 am (next morning)
Accommodation charges and food charges are totally different
Accommodation charges have to pay by bank or cash deposit, in advance with full amount
Ground + One wooden cottages are made of Natural wood ground floor rooms may experience foot steps sound from ceiling occurred due to guest movement of first floor.
No cancellation and no refund
Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be available as per menu card at common cafeteria for which you have to pay there only
No room service regarding food you have to be at common cafeteria and get your own food as per menu card
No outside food is allowed at resort
Barbeque is not allowed at resort also cooking in room is not allowed
Parking for four wheeler is available.
Any type or kind of HUKKA is banned by Local Authority/Police Department. So carrying and drinking such kind of HUKKA in resort room and premises is not allowed. If any such kind of activity found from your side for which you will be responsible for legal action which will take place by Local Authority or Police Department. Resort owner, management and any employee will not be responsible for such that.
ID Proof of each and every person is required at the time of check-in.
Due to bad weather condition and monsoon there will issue comes in cable TV , TV and internet connection and resort management is helpless to resolve this issue immediately so please cooperate with Resort Management.So we will not responsible for such kind of interruptions.
